Before starting his real estate career Dave attended The University of Wisconsin-Madison and owned a concert promotion business and a far-east imports shop. A Madison native with 3 daughters and a step-daughter, Dave sold homes for Midland Realty Gallery of Homes, First Realty Group, and RE/MAX Preferred from 1986 to 2004. Dave worked as Operations Manager for RE/MAX Preferred in South Central Wisconsin from 1998 to 2001. Dave sold his first income property "by owner", but through a Realtor® working with a buyer. A great idea that became Owner Plus Realty in November, 2004!
